Exceptional experience at My Story Tejo!

My stay was outstanding due to the convenient location, efficient staff, and comfortable room. The staff promptly addressed my queries and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious with a high ceiling, tasteful decor, and a very comfortable bed. Additionally, the easy access to public transportation made my commute very efficient.

Breakfast options could be improved.

Excellent central location.

The bathroom was a disaster. it flooded during showers and the temperature was inconsistent. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it unbearable even in winter. Additionally, the surroundings felt unsafe with noise and parties going on all night.

Perfect location in Lisbon!

Staying here was awesome! The location is spot on, super close to the metro and the famous tram. The room was spacious, and the bed? OMG, the comfiest! Staff were chill and gave us a special treat for my birthday. Only thing was we wished for more toilet paper – just a little annoying. Loved the special diet menu!

great spot for exploring near the castle and parks

During my stay, I loved how central it was, just a short walk of about 1 km to the stunning Castle of Sao Jorge and less than a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Miradouro da Senhora do Monte for breathtaking views of the city. it truly made my weekend strolls so enjoyable and convenient. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfy bed and the helpful staff who made my stay pleasant and stress-free.

my story had a great location, super close to public transport, shops, and wonderful dining options. the views from my top-floor twin room were unbeatable! the staff really made my birthday special with sweet treats and a bottle of wine. indoor swimming pool and recreation options were a big plus!

The large room was impeccably clean and had a super comfy bed that made me feel right at home. I loved unwinding by the pool and enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. One minor downside was having to switch elevators to access my room, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

We loved our stay with the kids! The central location made it easy to explore, and the breakfast was fantastic—lots of options and the staff were friendly. The kids especially enjoyed the cozy, modern rooms.

In my wife's opinion, an option for gluten-free breakfast would be great.

The room was cozy with a stylish decor and a comfy double bed. Loved the mini-bar and Rituals toiletries! After exploring, we enjoyed lounging in the spacious common area.

Everything met my expectations.

my previous stay in lisbon was nice, but this time at my story surpassed my expectations. the buffet breakfast offered an incredible variety, with freshly baked pastries and an array of coffee options that got my day started right. our romantic weekend was made even better by the perfect location, allowing us to easily explore the lively rossio area.

I appreciated the good location as it made visiting all the sites very easy there were plenty of restaurants nearby which added to the convenience. The room was a nice size with a fridge and good storage options, making our stay comfortable.

This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, air conditioning, and a friendly 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find amazing places to visit during my first stay. I’m coming back for Easter!
